Ensuring Peak Performance
We are involved in every aspect of a project from concept to fine tuning project operations. This includes operating a project once construction is complete and managing it for its lifespan. At Pattern, we dedicate a team to ensure each project is running at peak performance and to oversee commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory matters.

Pattern has a full range of project management and administrative capabilities which include all accounting functions, contract management and compliance, procurement, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

We ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance by monitoring the performance of each project against market conditions and established metrics. This analysis helps us determine how to enhance the project's immediate and long-term performance. It also helps us build detailed annual operating plans, which outline metrics and goals for safety, environmental, staffing, maintenance and budgeting considerations.

On-site staff combined with an Operational Control Center (OCC) provide us with 24/7 coverage of our projects. From the OCC, we can evaluate performance and reliability through the state-of-the-art Site Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. When we detect a problem, we can troubleshoot it through detailed analysis and can restart equipment when appropriate, which keeps our production high and our costs low.

We provide our projects with both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services. These are provided by our own in-house experts, supplemented with resources from turbine manufacturers and specialized consultants. We incorporate the recommendations made during the maintenance process to continuously refine our operation plans.
